Following their unwillingness to be vaccinated, a collection of women become host to an ever-mutating virus that grows them to enormous size. Two socialites in particular becoming the prime hosts, infecting every woman around them. Quarantined within a makeshift barrier, these women have made their lavish home amongst the ruins of their city.
