Emily is 35 feet tall, 19 years old, very rich, and very, very mean. The gigantic girl rules over her small town with an iron boot. She hungrily devours locals and stomps on anyone who annoys her with her metal-plated platform heels. Then one day, a cute college girl comes from out of town to portray Emily in a small play, and Emily takes an instant fascination with the newcomer.
